The Technology

RETOOL-AI is set of algorithms that calculates the probability of greater CRE success for any configuration of Five-factor Traits, sales strategies, tenure, and situational variables. It then predicts how those probabilities would change if the agent made modest and feasible behavioral adjustments within the context of common CRE tasks.
